This editorial explores the contradicting ideologies of modernism vs traditionalism that we are currently experiencing within Paris today. A surge of young designers, championed for their raw de-constructive approach vs the established traditionalists. Drawing key references from Renaissance art, depicting feelings of romantic conflict, strength, softness and melancholia, we attempt to produce a visual representation of this schizophrenic period.
