"Alles für 1€’" is German for “Everything for 1 Euro.” This is what you normally hear at the end of a market day when the sellers want to dispose of all their goods. The concept is used here as an analogy to fashion, as it expresses a contemporary tendency of consuming: everyone wants to buy clothes as cheap as possible, not caring about the supply chain and not appreciating the value in craftsmanship.
Beyond the touch of irony in the title of this story, the message is “quality, not quantity,” and is reflected in the use of high-end brands, styled with reworked vintage clothes and the upcycle brand Therapy Recycle & Exorcise, which encourages sustainable fashion.
